Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. - So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.
- When they had pasture, they were filled;
They were filled and their heart was exalted;
Therefore they forgot Me. - But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.”
- Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.
- When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”
- And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.
- When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.
- By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.
- Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church.
