- But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint. - But if a wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed, keeps all My statutes, and does what is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
- Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.
- Behold the proud,
His soul is not upright in him;
But the just shall live by his faith. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
A good understanding have all those who do His commandments.
His praise endures forever. - And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:
“Blessing and honor and glory and power
Be to Him who sits on the throne,
And to the Lamb, forever and ever!” - Whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.
- You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
- This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
- Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
- For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law.
- By humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches and honor and life. - Depart from evil and do good;
Seek peace and pursue it. - And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes which I command you today for your good?
- Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
- Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love.
- And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.
- “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
- So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.
- Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
- Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
- But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
- I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
