- I heard the Lord’s voice, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?”
Then I said, “Here I am. Send me!” - Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
- But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
- Save us now, we beg you, Yahweh!
Yahweh, we beg you, send prosperity now.
Blessed is he who comes in Yahweh’s name!
We have blessed you out of Yahweh’s house. - In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
- In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered.
- By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.
- Not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.
- Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
- For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory.
- For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us.
- My little children, let’s not love in word only, or with the tongue only, but in deed and truth.
- By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
- Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
- He will again have compassion on us.
He will tread our iniquities under foot.
You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. - We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.
- Until the Spirit is poured on us from on high,
and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,
and the fruitful field is considered a forest. - The Word became flesh and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the only born Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
- You being enriched in everything for all generosity, which produces thanksgiving to God through us.
- For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are dying, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
- For so has the Lord commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles,
that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’ - For as the sufferings of Christ abound to us, even so our comfort also abounds through Christ.
- But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanses us from all sin.
- Let’s hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.
