Better is a little that the righteous has, than the abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Yahweh upholds the righteous. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector. Wicked people earn deceitful wages, but one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward. Proverbs 11:18	Evil people get rich for the moment, but the reward of the godly will last. righteousness reward

What shall we say then? Is the law sin? May it never be! However, I wouldn’t have known sin except through the law. For I wouldn’t have known coveting unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.” Romans 7:7	Well then, am I suggesting that the law of God is sinful? Of course not! In fact, it was the law that showed me my sin. I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said, “You must not covet.” law desires

For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. Romans 2:12	When the Gentiles sin, they will be destroyed, even though they never had God’s written law. And the Jews, who do have God’s law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it. law judgment punishment
And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world. 1 John 2:2	He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world. Savior forgiveness world

And when I reveal my holiness through you before their very eyes, says the Sovereign Lord, then the nations will know that I am the Lord. God holiness

For one will hardly die for a righteous man. Yet perhaps for a good person someone would even dare to die. But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.
