A fool's wrath is presently known:
but a prudent man covereth shame. Fools show their annoyance at once,
but the prudent overlook an insult. The vexation of a fool is known at once,
but the prudent ignores an insult. A fool’s wrath is known at once,
But a prudent man covers shame. A fool is quick-tempered,
but a wise person stays calm when insulted. Fools show their anger at once,
but the prudent ignore an insult. A fool shows his annoyance the same day,
but one who overlooks an insult is prudent. A fool’s anger is known at once,
But a prudent person conceals dishonor. A fool is quick to show his anger,
but a prudent man ignores an insult. And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.Next verse! With image
