Chinese (traditional)Then Jesus told him, “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.” Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have come to believe.” Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.” Then Jesus said to him,
“You have come to believe
because you have seen me.
Blessed are those who have not seen
and yet have come to believe.” For the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.Next verse! With image
