| But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. | But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. |
| Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. | When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. | Yahweh, you are my God. I will exalt you! | Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, these may forget, yet I will not forget you! Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands. Your walls are continually before me. | Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. | Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you! | Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. |
| Since you have been precious and honored in my sight, and I have loved you, therefore I will give people in your place, and nations instead of your life. | Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. |
| The grass withers, the flower fades; but the word of our God stands forever. | The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. |
