- The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul;
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. - I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.
- Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
- Therefore you shall keep My commandments, and perform them: I am the Lord.
- I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them; hallow My Sabbaths, and they will be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.
- Praise the Lord!
Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
Who delights greatly in His commandments. - But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference.
- Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
- And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
- Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
- Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.
- If a person sins, and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord, though he does not know it, yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity.
- You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, His testimonies, and His statutes which He has commanded you.
- The entirety of Your word is truth,
And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever. - If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
- I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
- I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have given me life. - Yes, in the way of Your judgments,
O Lord, we have waited for You;
The desire of our soul is for Your name
And for the remembrance of You. - We have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments.
- There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another?
- You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
- You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
- Incline my heart to Your testimonies,
And not to covetousness. - And I will make your descendants multiply as the stars of heaven; I will give to your descendants all these lands; and in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed; because Abraham obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.
- Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever,
For they are the rejoicing of my heart.
