So the Lord God of hosts will be with you,
As you have spoken. - For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
- And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.
- And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
- Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.
- So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself.
- You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
- When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it;
For He has no pleasure in fools.
Pay what you have vowed. - For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
- Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”
- Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
