| As for God, His way is blameless; The word of the Lord is refined; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. | God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection. |

| With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love. | Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. |

He requires only that you fear the Lord your God, and live in a way that pleases him, and love him and serve him with all your heart and soul. And you must always obey the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good. |
| But now, Lord, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter, And all of us are the work of Your hand. | And yet, O Lord, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are the potter. We all are formed by your hand. |

| And so the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people.” | But the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people.” |
| All the prophets testify of Him, that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins. | He is the one all the prophets testified about, saying that everyone who believes in him will have their sins forgiven through his name. |
