Bible Verses about 'Almighty'

One should be kind to a fainting friend, but you accuse me without any fear of the Almighty. To him that is afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty.
But consider the joy of those corrected by God! Do not despise the discipline of the Almighty when you sin.Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty.
“I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.”I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
We cannot imagine the power of the Almighty; but even though he is just and righteous, he does not destroy us.Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.
Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Turn us again to yourself, O Lord God of Heaven’s Armies. Make your face shine down upon us. Only then will we be saved.Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
Return to me, and I will return to you, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.
Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.
I am the Lord, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me?Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
For the word of God will never fail. For with God nothing shall be impossible.
O Sovereign Lord! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee.
Who is the King of glory? The Lord of Heaven’s Armies— he is the King of glory.Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! No one can measure his greatness.Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
Wealth and honor come from you alone, for you rule over everything. Power and might are in your hand, and at your discretion people are made great and given strength. Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The Lord of Heaven’s Armies is a wonderful teacher, and he gives the farmer great wisdom. This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.
Do what is good and run from evil so that you may live! Then the Lord God of Heaven’s Armies will be your helper, just as you have claimed.Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the Lord, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken.
All honor and glory to God forever and ever! He is the eternal King, the unseen one who never dies; he alone is God. Amen. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
This is what the Lord says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.
The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: Judge fairly, and show mercy and kindness to one another. Do not oppress widows, orphans, foreigners, and the poor. And do not scheme against each other. Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and shew mercy and compassions every man to his brother: And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

“Listen to me and make up your minds to honor my name,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “or I will bring a terrible curse against you. I will curse even the blessings you receive. Indeed, I have already cursed them, because you have not taken my warning to heart.”If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the Lord of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.
