- Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord,
and whose hope the Lord is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters,
and that spreadeth out her roots by the river,
and shall not see when heat cometh,
but her leaf shall be green;
and shall not be careful in the year of drought,
neither shall cease from yielding fruit. - Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
- And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
- But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
- For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
- Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil.Next verse!With image
