- I have taught thee in the way of wisdom;
I have led thee in right paths. - These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

- And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
- He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
- For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
- Teach me to do thy will;
for thou art my God:
thy spirit is good;
lead me into the land of uprightness. - And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
- I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:
I will guide thee with mine eye. - And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
- And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
- Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
- And even to your old age I am he;
and even to hoar hairs will I carry you:
I have made, and I will bear;
even I will carry, and will deliver you. - And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
- But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
- Search me, O God, and know my heart:
try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting. - And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
