- Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well. - And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
- I will strengthen the house of Judah,
and I will save the house of Joseph.
I will bring them back because I have compassion on them,
and they shall be as though I had not rejected them,
for I am the Lord their God and I will answer them. - Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
- I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord
in the land of the living! - For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.

- Now when all the people were baptized, and when Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, the heavens were opened, and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form, like a dove; and a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”
- In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
- You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you.
- And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments and statutes of the Lord, which I am commanding you today for your good?
- I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
and in his word I hope. - In God, whose word I praise,
in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me? - Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.
- I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.
- Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
- Therefore you shall keep his statutes and his commandments, which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land that the Lord your God is giving you for all time.
