| For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. | Through faith you are all children of God in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves in Christ. |
| And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. | Rather, be kind to one another and compassionate, and forgive one another as God has forgiven you in Christ. |
