We have blessed you from the house of the Lord. - You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverence My sanctuary:
I am the Lord. - The blessing of the Lord makes one rich,
And He adds no sorrow with it. - The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
A refuge in times of trouble. - Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
He is the King of glory. Selah - Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. - For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
- Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart,
All you who hope in the Lord. - Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart. - Every way of a man is right in his own eyes,
But the Lord weighs the hearts. - The Lord is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. - He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the Lord. - Trust in the Lord, and do good;
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. - Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?
- Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! - I called on the Lord in distress;
The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. - The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth. - I will extol You, my God, O King;
And I will bless Your name forever and ever. - For the Lord gives wisdom;
From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. - The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom,
And before honor is humility. - The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their cry. - So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
- But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
- Honor the Lord with your possessions,
And with the firstfruits of all your increase. - The fear of man brings a snare,
But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe.
