Bible Verses about 'Burdens be lifted up'
- Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

- Behold, his soul is puffed up. It is not upright in him, but the righteous will live by his faith.

Therefore they have forgotten me. - Hatred stirs up strife,
but love covers all wrongs. - Isn’t this the fast that I have chosen:
to release the bonds of wickedness,
to undo the straps of the yoke,
to let the oppressed go free,
and that you break every yoke? - Arise, Yahweh!
God, lift up your hand!
Don’t forget the helpless. - Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up.
- Cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you.
He will never allow the righteous to be moved. - But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.
- He heals the broken in heart,
and binds up their wounds. - Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season if we don’t give up.
- For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up.
- A gentle answer turns away wrath,
but a harsh word stirs up anger. - When I said, “My foot is slipping!”
Your loving kindness, Yahweh, held me up. - If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.
- He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”
- Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death, and will hand him over to the Gentiles to mock, to scourge, and to crucify; and the third day he will be raised up.
