Their idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, and they cannot speak; they have to be carried, for they cannot walk. | An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels. | Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. |
| And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. | And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. |
| Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble. | Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. |
