Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Destroyed'
- Now we know that if the earthly tent in which we live is destroyed, we have a dwelling prepared for us by God, a dwelling in the heavens, not made with human hands, that will be eternal.
- The upright are guarded by their integrity;
the treacherous are destroyed by their own duplicity. - For the Lord loves the just,
and he will not forsake his faithful ones.
Those who follow evil paths will be destroyed,
and the children of the wicked will be cut off. - For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall also be united with him in his resurrection. We know that our old self was crucified with him, so that our sinful body might be destroyed and we might no longer be enslaved to sin.
- Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise,
but he who mingles with fools will suffer harm. - Do not store up treasures for yourselves on earth, where they will be destroyed by moth and rust and where thieves break in and steal. Rather, store up treasure for yourselves in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves cannot break in and steal.
- The words of a wise man win favor,
but a fool’s tongue is his undoing. - I will establish my covenant with you: never again will all living creatures be cut off by the waters of a flood, nor will the earth be laid waste by a flood again.
- All those who have sinned outside the Law will perish outside the Law, and all who sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law.
- The Lord does not delay in keeping his promise, as some think in terms of delay, but he is patient with you. It is not his wish that any should perish but rather that all should be brought to repentance.
With his mouth the godless man seeks to ruin his neighbor,
but knowledge enables the righteous to be delivered. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence so that we may receive mercy and find grace when we are in need of help.Next verse!With image
