Do (3/4)

But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.”But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “Don’t fear what they fear, neither be troubled.”
Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him.
Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.”Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done.”
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves.
Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.Watch therefore, for you don’t know in what hour your Lord comes.
“But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you.
John answered, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.”He answered them, “He who has two coats, let him give to him who has none. He who has food, let him do likewise.”
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.
And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”He took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body which is given for you. Do this in memory of me.”
Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these?” For it is not wise to ask such questions.Don’t say, “Why were the former days better than these?” For you do not ask wisely about this.
As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. As you don’t know what is the way of the wind, nor how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child; even so you don’t know the work of God who does all.
Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them.Get wisdom. Get understanding. Don’t forget, and don’t deviate from the words of my mouth.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.
For the practices of the peoples are worthless; they cut a tree out of the forest, and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel. They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so it will not totter. Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good. For the customs of the peoples are vanity; for one cuts a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman with the ax. They deck it with silver and with gold. They fasten it with nails and with hammers, so that it can’t move. They are like a palm tree, of turned work, and don’t speak. They must be carried, because they can’t move. Don’t be afraid of them; for they can’t do evil, neither is it in them to do good.
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal.
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.Watch yourselves, that we don’t lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward.
This is what the Lord Almighty said: ‘Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the foreigner or the poor. Do not plot evil against each other.’Thus has Yahweh of Armies spoken, saying, ‘Execute true judgment, and show kindness and compassion every man to his brother. Don’t oppress the widow, the fatherless, the foreigner, nor the poor; and let none of you devise evil against his brother in your heart.’
Do not forsake your friend or a friend of your family, and do not go to your relative’s house when disaster strikes you— better a neighbor nearby than a relative far away.Don’t forsake your friend and your father’s friend. Don’t go to your brother’s house in the day of your disaster. A neighbor who is near is better than a distant brother.
“Who can hide in secret places so that I cannot see them?” declares the Lord. “Do not I fill heaven and earth?” declares the Lord.“Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I can’t see him?” says Yahweh. “Don’t I fill heaven and earth?” says Yahweh.

Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels?Or do you think that I couldn’t ask my Father, and he would even now send me more than twelve legions of angels?
