- For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written: “But the righteous one will live by faith.”
- I have not failed the command of His lips;
I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food. - For we walk by faith, not by sight.
- Now behold, today I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word of all the good words which the Lord your God spoke concerning you has failed; they all have been fulfilled for you, not one of them has failed.
- My flesh and my heart may fail,
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. - Knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.
- Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?
- So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
- In the same way, faith also, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.
