- But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will join to his wife, and the two will become one flesh, so that they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.

My God will hear me. - As the deer pants for the water brooks,
so my soul pants after you, God. - Who, existing in the form of God, didn’t consider equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to the point of death, yes, the death of the cross.
- If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
- You shall consider in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so Yahweh your God disciplines you.
- For you, God, have tested us.
You have refined us, as silver is refined. - Set me as a seal on your heart,
as a seal on your arm;
for love is strong as death.
Jealousy is as cruel as Sheol.
Its flashes are flashes of fire,
a very flame of Yah. - Therefore accept one another, even as Christ also accepted you, to the glory of God.
- Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.
- My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
