But examine everything; hold firmly to that which is good, abstain from every form of evil.But test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil.

The young lions do without and suffer hunger; But they who seek the Lord will not lack any good thing.The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.

Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his good behavior his deeds in the gentleness of wisdom.Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.
But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.
No one is to seek his own advantage, but rather that of his neighbor.No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.
For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus.Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
