| Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. | Direct my steps by Your word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me. | Keep my steps steady according to your promise, and never let iniquity have dominion over me. |
| Let brotherly love continue. Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels. | Let mutual love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels without knowing it. |
