- With my whole heart I have sought you.
Don’t let me wander from your commandments. - This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
- But I will sacrifice to you with the voice of thanksgiving.
I will pay that which I have vowed.
Salvation belongs to Yahweh. - Let brotherly love continue. Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it.
- If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
- Establish my footsteps in your word.
Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me. - Wake up righteously and don’t sin, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.
- Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”
- We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.
- Yahweh, you have searched me,
and you know me.
You know my sitting down and my rising up.
You perceive my thoughts from afar. - For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end.
- As they served the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Separate Barnabas and Saul for me, for the work to which I have called them.”
- Deep calls to deep at the noise of your waterfalls.
All your waves and your billows have swept over me. - Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.”
- For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
- Therefore you are great, Yahweh God. For there is no one like you, neither is there any God besides you, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
- I have set Yahweh always before me.
Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - I came from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.
- For we don’t have a high priest who can’t be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.
- For so has the Lord commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles,
that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’ - Those who know your name will put their trust in you,
for you, Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek you. - For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them.
- But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanses us from all sin.
- Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
- Don’t think that I came to destroy the law or the prophets. I didn’t come to destroy, but to fulfill.
