For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation.For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with victory.

He called out, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am in agony in these flames.’
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.Our steps are made firm by the Lord, when he delights in our way.
So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.The Lord is good, a stronghold in a day of trouble; he protects those who take refuge in him.
And He said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.”And he said to them, “Take care! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; for one's life does not consist in the abundance of possessions.”
He who covers a transgression seeks love, But he who repeats a matter separates friends.One who forgives an affront fosters friendship, but one who dwells on disputes will alienate a friend.
He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; He who keeps understanding will find good.To get wisdom is to love oneself; to keep understanding is to prosper.
For the Lord is our Judge, The Lord is our Lawgiver, The Lord is our King; He will save us.For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our ruler, the Lord is our king; he will save us.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance.Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage.
