For Yahweh is our judge. Yahweh is our lawgiver. Yahweh is our king. He will save us.For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; it is he who will save us.
So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.
He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”
He will again have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot. You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance.
So then the other disciple who came first to the tomb also entered in, and he saw and believed. For as yet they didn’t know the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead.Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went inside. He saw and believed. (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.)
But he said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”
