- If a man says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
- Good and upright is Yahweh,
therefore he will instruct sinners in the way.
He will guide the humble in justice.
He will teach the humble his way. - Yahweh, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
- I sought Yahweh, and he answered me,
and delivered me from all my fears. - As he came out of his mother’s womb, naked shall he go again as he came, and shall take nothing for his labor, which he may carry away in his hand.

I will not be shaken. - He isn’t here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee, saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again?
- It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned.
- He heals the broken in heart,
and binds up their wounds. - He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?
- We can’t reach the Almighty.
He is exalted in power.
In justice and great righteousness, he will not oppress. - You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn’t stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and the father of lies.
- Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
- He alone is my rock, my salvation, and my fortress.
I will never be greatly shaken. - Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is counted wise.
When he shuts his lips, he is thought to be discerning. - I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever.
- Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you.
- Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.
- Yahweh preserves the foreigners.
He upholds the fatherless and widow,
but he turns the way of the wicked upside down. - He sends his word, and heals them,
and delivers them from their graves. - Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them.
