Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage. Psalm 33:12	What joy for the nation whose God is the Lord, whose people he has chosen as his inheritance. God reward blessing
As a father has compassion for his children, so the Lord has compassion for those who fear him. Psalm 103:13	The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him. love fear Father
Praise the Lord! Happy are those who fear the Lord, who greatly delight in his commandments. Psalm 112:1	Praise the Lord! How joyful are those who fear the Lord and delight in obeying his commands. law love awe
But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even look up to heaven, but was beating his breast and saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner!’ Luke 18:13	But the tax collector stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Look at the proud! Their spirit is not right in them, but the righteous live by their faith. Habakkuk 2:4	Look at the proud! They trust in themselves, and their lives are crooked. But the righteous will live by their faithfulness to God. righteousness life reliability
So then, a sabbath rest still remains for the people of God; for those who enter God's rest also cease from their labors as God did from his. Hebrews 4:9-10	So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world. sabbath rest work
If you conquer, you will be clothed like them in white robes, and I will not blot your name out of the book of life; I will confess your name before my Father and before his angels. And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he had prayed for his friends; and the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. Job 42:10	When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before! prayer blessing money
If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I am commanding you today, by loving the Lord your God, walking in his ways, and observing his commandments, decrees, and ordinances, then you shall live and become numerous, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess. Deuteronomy 30:16	For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways. If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy. law blessing life
Those who find their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake will find it. Matthew 10:39	If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it. eternal life suffering life
For the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many. Mark 10:45	For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many. humility Jesus sacrifice
Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? Romans 6:3	Or have you forgotten that when we were joined with Christ Jesus in baptism, we joined him in his death? Jesus baptism
Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, for all his works are truth, and his ways are justice; and he is able to bring low those who walk in pride. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever. Psalm 111:10	Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true wisdom. All who obey his commandments will grow in wisdom. Praise him forever! awe wisdom worship
By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and all their host by the breath of his mouth. Psalm 33:6	The Lord merely spoke, and the heavens were created. He breathed the word, and all the stars were born. creation speaking heaven
God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:9	God will do this, for he is faithful to do what he says, and he has invited you into partnership with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Jesus calling reliability

He is the reflection of God's glory and the exact imprint of God's very being, and he sustains all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.
