- If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

And that you break every yoke? - Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”

I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. - So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”
- Take words with you,
And return to the Lord.
Say to Him,
“Take away all iniquity;
Receive us graciously,
For we will offer the sacrifices of our lips.” - I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
- But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.
- Turn at my rebuke;
Surely I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you. - Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
- Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
- I have taught you in the way of wisdom;
I have led you in right paths. - You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
