- I have taught you in the way of wisdom;
I have led you in right paths. - But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.
- You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
- I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
- For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand,
Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’ - Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. - You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
- This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
- Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?”
- You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.
- So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
- The Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.
- Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
- In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
- Since you were precious in My sight,
You have been honored,
And I have loved you;
Therefore I will give men for you,
And people for your life. - Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
- Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
- I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
- And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.
- I will praise You, O Lord, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations. - These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
- Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust.
- When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,
Nor shall the flame scorch you. - Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You. - I spread out my hands to You;
My soul longs for You like a thirsty land. Selah
