- Do not love the world or the things in the world. The love of the Father is not in those who love the world.

- How does God's love abide in anyone who has the world's goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help?
- So we have known and believe the love that God has for us.
God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them. - Jesus answered him, “Those who love me will keep my word, and my Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
