- For I know that my Redeemer lives,
And He shall stand at last on the earth. - So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.
- I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
- For there is not a word on my tongue,
But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether. - As you do not know what is the way of the wind,
Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child,
So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. - By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
- To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
- By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
- For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
- Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.
- Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
- And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
- Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
- Have you not known?
Have you not heard?
The everlasting God, the Lord,
The Creator of the ends of the earth,
Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable. - The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable,
But the mouth of the wicked what is perverse. - Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth! - You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the Lord your God chastens you.
- And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
- Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
- And those who know Your name will put their trust in You;
For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. - For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.
- Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”
And they divided His garments and cast lots. - By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
- For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God.
- Yet I am the Lord your God
Ever since the land of Egypt,
And you shall know no God but Me;
For there is no savior besides Me.
