Bible Verses about 'Law'
- For all who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law, and all who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law.

And peace they will add to you. - How much more valuable then is a person than a sheep! So then, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.
- It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.
- And it will be righteousness for us if we are careful to follow all this commandment before the Lord our God, just as He commanded us.
- There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you, judging your neighbor?
- Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death, and they will hand Him over to the Gentiles to mock and flog and crucify, and on the third day He will be raised up.
- But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, to the extent that He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.
- And to love Him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- And it happened that He was passing through the grainfields on the Sabbath, and His disciples began to make their way along while picking the heads of grain. The Pharisees were saying to Him, “Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?” And He said to them, “Have you never read what David did when he was in need and he and his companions became hungry; how he entered the house of God in the time of Abiathar the high priest, and ate the consecrated bread, which is not lawful for anyone to eat except the priests, and he also gave it to those who were with him?” Jesus said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord, even of the Sabbath.”
