- So then let’s not sleep, as the rest do, but let’s watch and be sober.
- Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.

all you who hope in Yahweh. - Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.
- Be exalted, God, above the heavens!
Let your glory be over all the earth. - Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
- Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
- Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.
- Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh.
Lord, hear my voice.
Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions. - If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.
- Wait for Yahweh.
Be strong, and let your heart take courage.
Yes, wait for Yahweh. - Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!”
