Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live; also that everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil—this is God's gift to man.I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. God settles the solitary in a home; he leads out the prisoners to prosperity, but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.
Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein.The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.
If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.
For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.

For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh.For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does.
