| A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, Loving favor rather than silver and gold. | A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold. |
| And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.” | Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. |

| Let brotherly love continue. Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels. | Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters.
