May (2/4)

  • Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
  • And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.
  • And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you.
  • But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.
  • Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus.
  • That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.
  • What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
  • Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
  • And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.
  • Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
  • You shall therefore keep His statutes and His commandments which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which the Lord your God is giving you for all time.
  • Look to yourselves, that we do not lose those things we worked for, but that we may receive a full reward.
  • Teach me Your way, O Lord;
    I will walk in Your truth;
    Unite my heart to fear Your name.
  • My flesh and my heart fail;
    But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
  • These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
  • The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.
  • Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.
  • That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love.
  • Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
  • Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
  • And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.
  • That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.
  • And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.
  • Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
  • No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lampstand, that those who enter may see the light.

Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.
