Must (2/4)

And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.And He summoned the crowd together with His disciples, and said to them, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.”
Let all your things be done with charity. All that you do must be done in love.
Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.You shall follow the Lord your God and fear Him; and you shall keep His commandments, listen to His voice, serve Him, and cling to Him.
Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles. So, having obtained help from God, I stand to this day testifying both to small and great, stating nothing but what the Prophets and Moses said was going to take place, as to whether the Christ was to suffer, and whether, as first from the resurrection of the dead, He would proclaim light both to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.
Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification. Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification.
I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass.I, I Myself, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of mortal man, And of a son of man who is made like grass.
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind.
But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine. But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for sound doctrine.
Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.Brothers and sisters, even if a person is caught in any wrongdoing, you who are spiritual are to restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you are not tempted as well.
And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing. So it shall be when he becomes guilty of one of these things, that he shall confess that in which he has sinned.
Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee. You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and His provisions and His statutes which He has commanded you.
Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. You shall not commit murder; You shall not commit adultery; You shall not steal; You shall not give false testimony; Honor your father and mother; and You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. So then, let’s not sleep as others do, but let’s be alert and sober.
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken. When a man takes a new wife, he is not to go out with the army, nor be assigned any duty; he shall be free at home for one year and shall make his wife whom he has taken happy.
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.Take care that no one deceives himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ. But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ.
For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. For this, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I have given everything to you, as I gave the green plant. But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth. We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters, as is only fitting, because your faith is increasing abundantly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another grows ever greater.
One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. One person values one day over another, another values every day the same. Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus.
Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.
But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. But like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written: “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”

Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold. You shall not make other gods besides Me; gods of silver or gods of gold, you shall not make for yourselves.
