- In the multitude of my anxieties within me,
Your comforts delight my soul. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;

Be acceptable in Your sight,
O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. - You are my hiding place and my shield;

Surely I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you. - The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;

My heart will rejoice—indeed, I myself. - The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. - Truly my soul silently waits for God;
From Him comes my salvation. - My soul, wait silently for God alone,
For my expectation is from Him. - I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
- He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him.
- Lord, all my desire is before You;
And my sighing is not hidden from You.
