- And in that day you will say:
“Praise the Lord, call upon His name;
Declare His deeds among the peoples,
Make mention that His name is exalted.” - For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.
- I will extol You, my God, O King;
And I will bless Your name forever and ever. - Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
But to Your name give glory,
Because of Your mercy,
Because of Your truth. - I will be glad and rejoice in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. - To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.
- Yes, in the way of Your judgments,
O Lord, we have waited for You;
The desire of our soul is for Your name
And for the remembrance of You. - And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
- And the Lord shall be King over all the earth.
In that day it shall be—
“The Lord is one,”
And His name one. - But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.
- Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
- And those who know Your name will put their trust in You;
For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. - Oh, give thanks to the Lord!
Call upon His name;
Make known His deeds among the peoples! - And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.
- Teach me Your way, O Lord;
I will walk in Your truth;
Unite my heart to fear Your name. - O Lord, You are my God.
I will exalt You,
I will praise Your name,
For You have done wonderful things;
Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. - But to you who fear My name
The Sun of Righteousness shall arise
With healing in His wings;
And you shall go out
And grow fat like stall-fed calves. - Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
- A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches,
Loving favor rather than silver and gold. - Blessed are you when men hate you,
And when they exclude you,
And revile you, and cast out your name as evil,
For the Son of Man’s sake. - He who builds His layers in the sky,
And has founded His strata in the earth;
Who calls for the waters of the sea,
And pours them out on the face of the earth—
The Lord is His name. - For You are my rock and my fortress;
Therefore, for Your name’s sake,
Lead me and guide me. - In this manner, therefore, pray:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven. - For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
- And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.
