- We, being Jews by nature and not Gentile sinners, yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.
- Even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
- Aren’t five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God. But the very hairs of your head are all counted. Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows.

- For Yahweh your God will bless you, as he promised you. You will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow. You will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.
- A highway will be there, a road,
and it will be called “The Holy Way”.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
but it will be for those who walk in the Way.
Wicked fools shall not go there. - So that with good courage we say,
“The Lord is my helper. I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” - These you may eat of all that are in the waters: you may eat whatever has fins and scales. You shall not eat whatever doesn’t have fins and scales. It is unclean to you.
- Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.
- Don’t think that I came to destroy the law or the prophets. I didn’t come to destroy, but to fulfill.
- Bring us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.
For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. - Though an army should encamp against me,
my heart shall not fear.
Though war should rise against me,
even then I will be confident. - Behold, his soul is puffed up. It is not upright in him, but the righteous will live by his faith.
- For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.”
- Live as free people, yet not using your freedom for a cloak of wickedness, but as bondservants of God.
- In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
- This is Yahweh’s word to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says Yahweh of Armies.
- Yahweh your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you if you return to him.
- Because it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer on his behalf.
- In God, I praise his word.
In God, I put my trust.
I will not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me? - He said to them, “Don’t be amazed. You seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him!”
- But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- Abba, Father, all things are possible to you. Please remove this cup from me. However, not what I desire, but what you desire.
