Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ. One who believes in the Son has eternal life, but one who disobeys the Son won’t see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Psalm 37:23	The Lord makes a man’s steps secure when he approves of his conduct. serving obedience trust
Who, existing in the form of God, didn’t consider equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to the point of death, yes, the death of the cross. Philippians 2:6-8	Though he was in the form of God, he did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with me. But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom and continues, not being a hearer who forgets but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does. Peter opened his mouth and said, “Truly I perceive that God doesn’t show favoritism; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.” Acts 10:34-35	Then Peter addressed them: “I now understand how true it is that God has no favorites, but that in every nation all those who fear God and do what is right are acceptable to him.” obedience righteousness evangelism
Therefore, brothers, be more diligent to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never stumble. If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments, and do them, then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. Let’s therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience. Hebrews 4:11	Let us then make every effort to enter into that rest, so that no one may fall by following that example of refusing to believe. sabbath obedience rest
You shall diligently keep the commandments of Yahweh your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he has commanded you. Deuteronomy 6:17	You shall take heed to observe the commandments of the Lord, your God, and the decrees and statutes that he has given to you. law obedience
Get wisdom. Get understanding. Don’t forget, and don’t deviate from the words of my mouth. Proverbs 4:5	Acquire wisdom and gain understanding; never forget or turn aside from my words. wisdom understanding Word of God

But he who didn’t know, and did things worthy of stripes, will be beaten with few stripes. To whomever much is given, of him will much be required; and to whom much was entrusted, of him more will be asked.

But the one who did not know those wishes, and who acted in such a manner as to deserve a beating, will be beaten less severely. Much will be demanded of a person to whom much has been given, and even more will be asked of a person to whom more has been entrusted.
