- For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

And to inquire in His temple. - Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
- Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him.
- If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

But he who is of a faithful spirit conceals a matter. - Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
- Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
- Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
- Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.
