I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats from this bread, he will live forever; and the bread which I will give for the life of the world also is My flesh.I am the living bread which came down from heaven. And in Hades he raised his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far away and Lazarus in his arms. And he cried out and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me and send Lazarus, so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame.’And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ ”

Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from a trial, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment.Then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment.
Open your mouth for the people who cannot speak, For the rights of all the unfortunate.Open your mouth for the speechless, In the cause of all who are appointed to die.
Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil.Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil.
On the day of prosperity be happy, But on the day of adversity consider: God has made the one as well as the other So that a person will not discover anything that will come after him.In the day of prosperity be joyful, But in the day of adversity consider: Surely God has appointed the one as well as the other, So that man can find out nothing that will come after him.

Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed quickly, therefore the hearts of the sons of mankind among them are fully given to do evil.Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
If an army encamps against me, My heart will not fear; If war arises against me, In spite of this I am confident.Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.
If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments so as to carry them out, then I shall give you rains in their season, so that the land will yield its produce and the trees of the field will bear their fruit.If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them, then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine.Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.
