Proverbs 31:10 (3/6)

The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them.The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.
Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.
With his mouth the godless man would destroy his neighbor, but by knowledge the righteous are delivered.An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.
Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets, but he who is trustworthy in spirit keeps a thing covered.A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.
The wicked earns deceptive wages, but one who sows righteousness gets a sure reward.The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward.
Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.
Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid.Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.
The vexation of a fool is known at once, but the prudent ignores an insult.A fool's wrath is presently known: but a prudent man covereth shame.
Deceit is in the heart of those who devise evil, but those who plan peace have joy.Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy.
Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight.Lying lips are abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly are his delight.
The hand of the diligent will rule, while the slothful will be put to forced labor.The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.
Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.
Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
The ransom of a man's life is his wealth, but a poor man hears no threat.The ransom of a man's life are his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke.
By insolence comes nothing but strife, but with those who take advice is wisdom.Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.
Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life.Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.
Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
A faithful witness does not lie, but a false witness breathes out lies.A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.
There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty.In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.

A fool despises his father's instruction, but whoever heeds reproof is prudent.A fool despiseth his father's instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.
