- But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting for those who fear Him,
And His justice to the children’s children,
To those who keep His covenant
And remember His precepts, so as to do them. - I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - Give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name;
Make His deeds known among the peoples. - Seek the Lord and His strength;
Seek His face continually. - For He has satisfied the thirsty soul,
And He has filled the hungry soul with what is good. - He sent His word and healed them,
And saved them from their destruction. - I will give thanks to You, Lord, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations. - Be exalted above the heavens, God,
And may Your glory be above all the earth. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
All those who follow His commandments have a good understanding;
His praise endures forever. - Praise the Lord!
Blessed is a person who fears the Lord,
Who greatly delights in His commandments. - It goes well for a person who is gracious and lends;
He will maintain his cause in judgment. - For he will never be shaken;
The righteous will be remembered forever. - Not to us, Lord, not to us,
But to Your name give glory,
Because of Your mercy, because of Your truth. - But our God is in the heavens;
He does whatever He pleases. - I love the Lord, because He hears
My voice and my pleas.
Because He has inclined His ear to me,
Therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live. - From my distress I called upon the Lord;
The Lord answered me and put me in an open space. - The Lord is for me; I will not fear;
What can man do to me? - It is better to take refuge in the Lord
Than to trust in people. - This is the day which the Lord has made;
Let’s rejoice and be glad in it. - Please, O Lord, do save us;
Please, O Lord, do send prosperity!
Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord;
We have blessed you from the house of the Lord. - Blessed are those whose way is blameless,
Who walk in the Law of the Lord. - Blessed are those who comply with His testimonies,
And seek Him with all their heart. - I will give thanks to You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments. - How can a young man keep his way pure?
By keeping it according to Your word. - With all my heart I have sought You;
Do not let me wander from Your commandments.
