- If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
- You, O Lord, remain forever;
Your throne from generation to generation. - If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
- These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
- For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you.

- For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. And why are you disquieted within me?
