- Then Jesus answered them, “My teaching is not mine but his who sent me.”
- Then after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off.
- Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”
- He sent out his word and healed them,
and delivered them from destruction. - Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
- Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little while longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.”
- Very truly, I tell you, servants are not greater than their master, nor are messengers greater than the one who sent them.
- And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
- Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me.

because he has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives
and recovery of sight to the blind,
to let the oppressed go free. - The spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
because the Lord has anointed me;
he has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed,
to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and release to the prisoners. - Then the Lord God said, “See, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from which he was taken.

- If you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in his sight, and give heed to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you.
The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our ancestors; may he not leave us or abandon us.
