- By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. - Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him.

In the land of the living. - The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul;

The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. - And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
- And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
- The fear of the Lord is to hate evil;
Pride and arrogance and the evil way
And the perverse mouth I hate. - Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
Forever. - Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying:
“Whom shall I send,
And who will go for Us?”
Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” - And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
And establish the work of our hands for us;
Yes, establish the work of our hands. - As for God, His way is perfect;
The word of the Lord is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him. - You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
- For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their prayers;
But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. - You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, His testimonies, and His statutes which He has commanded you.
- As for God, His way is perfect;
The word of the Lord is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him. - And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
A good understanding have all those who do His commandments.
His praise endures forever. - For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
- Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied.
- Save now, I pray, O Lord;
O Lord, I pray, send now prosperity.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!
We have blessed you from the house of the Lord. - When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.
- But I will sacrifice to You
With the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay what I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord. - You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
